Research On Network Monitoring System Of Marine Power Station Based On PLC

Automation of marine power station plays an important part in the automation of engine room, whose main purpose is to keep the continuity, reliability and quality of power supply. In recent years, with the development of computer, control, communication and network, the structure of automation system changes greatly, and the management information system based on the network integrating automation system has been formed gradually, under this situation, the Fieldbus technology has been developed and widely used in the marine power station automation system. This paper has designed a monitoring system of marine power station automation by network system on Profibus fieldbus technology.The monitoring system is composed of two operating station computers (one is a backup computer) and three slave computers. Every slave computer, which is cored by Siemens S7-300 PLC, controls a generator independently. They communicate by Profibus-DP fieldbus. Operating station computers and engineer workstation communicate by the way of Ethernet network.I designed the program of PLC by using the programme software (Step7) of the company of Siemens, to realize the surveillance function of the marine power station. Auto-start module, frequency and power automatic control module and auto-protect module are designed.Using the configuration software WinCC, this paper has designed the monitoring software of PC, and the human machine interface has also been designed combined with the control function and operation habit of automation power station. The friendly and visualized human machine interface can make the operator know the running state of the whole power station monitoring system, and then gives the control command according to the different local circumstance.Finally, anti-jamming designs of hardware and software on the marine power station are done by researching the reliability of the marine power station and anti-jamming of the PLC system.
