The Industrial Internet of Things(Io T)has become an important driving force for a new round of information revolution and industrial transformation.As the devices connected to the Io T become more and more diversified.Io T is of vital importance to the construction of a smart grid with efficient information processing,comprehensive status perception,and application portable management.The switch controller is the core part of the intelligent control of the distribution transformer in the power system.Its performance is allied to the reliability,safety and stability of the transformer’s work.However,the traditional switch controller uses the CAN or 485 bus structure as the data transmission unit.It can only be applied to localized monitoring,and cannot used in a distributed intelligent network system with intelligent judgment,adaptive adjustment,efficient energy configuration,and remote fault diagnosis.This study designs an on-line monitoring system for switch controllers of power transformer.This study starts from the model of Io T,and implements a remote monitoring system that integrates real-time data monitoring,historical data cache,fault alarm status upload,and equipment online update.The content of this work mainly includes following aspects: Linux high-performance server is designed with C++.A better concurrency model is selected to support functions such as concurrent connection,data forwarding and storage,alarm failure data push,and security authentication.A flexible and efficient application layer communication protocol was developed to enable the data transmission between the controller and the remote terminal.Realized the monitoring software of the perception layer terminal,application layer PC end,and application layer Android end.The three-phase power states of the transformer is monitored to achieve voltage real-time warning,online equipment query,remote online upgrade,fault data analysis,and equipment health analysis,which greatly meets the requirements of on-load tap changer manufacturers for equipment operation reliability and transformer operation.These functionalities can effectively resovle the problems of instability of power supply and low power utilization rate.Last,the cloud server and client software are jointly tested about concurrency,security and stability of the server,functional modules of PC and Android software.The results show that the system has excellent robustness,which can handle data transmission from a large number of devices,the client interface is beautiful and friendly,which meets the basic functional requirements of the project,and the system has a wide application dimension.Compared with the traditional controller monitor,it is more intelligent,informatizational and interactive. |
