Water Supply System, Fieldbus-based Intelligent Remote Monitoring

Water is one main source of life and development, which is indispensability and can not be replaced .No water is no life, is on progress of civilization, development of economy and social stabilization. The water resource of the world is limited, so we can not use water without limit and exceed the carrying capacity of water resource, with the development of the society and economy being on speaking terms of the water supply. With the increasing development of computer technology, it brings up the higher request for this technic in more field .More and more industry production need advanced computer control technic. In our design of control system ,more steady and dependable monitor devices are needed to complete the work of colleting data and controlling system.. Fieldbus control system meets the request and achieves certain results. Water supply system being the industry of country economy is the main part of city construct and the main basic of exiting and developing of every walk of life, which supply people life and yield.The article is based on the real project, and designs a long-distance water supply control system for Linqing City. It adopts the advanced ProfiBus and wireless digital communication technology and makes good use of its high performance of opening, reliability and resisting interference. The project mainly uses the products of Siemens Company of Germany, such as the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) S7 300 and 200, the Frequency Converter and the top monitor software WinCC and so on, and comprises the pump station control system, the pump station group control system, network, communication, computer center in the waterworks, the long-distance monitor of the water conservancy and the wired and wireless net transmission system .The system now has been running in Linqing City and the result is good, which achieves certain social and economic significance.
