With the increasing development of embedded technology,the field of industrial control has been full of development,elevator as the leader in vertical transportation,it has got the full development as well,especially in the elevator remote monitoring field and develop in the direction of more intelligent,informatization,humanized.Elevator remote monitoring system is an automatic monitoring system in the field of industrial automation.It uses the special line or special transmission network to realize the remote transmission of the elevator running state and fault information.The real-time status information of the elevator is showed on the Network monitoring center interface by the man-computer interactive interface to achieve the rapid elimination of fault and elevator real-time monitoring.Elevator is an indispensable vertical transport in the high-rise building,and its operational safety is in relation to people’s lives and property security.In summary,the remote monitoring system in the field of elevator research has a practical value that can not be ignored.In this paper,based on the analysis of the status of the development of the remote monitoring system at home and abroad,this paper studied and designed an elevator remote monitoring system based on CAN bus and Ethernet.The overall framework of the system is based on Linux system programming.From the point of view of the function realization of the system,Altium Designer is used to design the whole hardware circuit,and the software program of upper computer and front-end acquisition module are designed based on LabVIEW and Ubuntu integrated development environment.The overall structure of the system is divided into three parts:front-end acquisition module,network communication channel and network monitoring center(host computer).The front-end acquisition module is the core of the whole system,the main frame is the embedded Linux operating system based on ARM,and complete the application about two core peripheral equipment of CAN bus and Ethernet based on the platform.The network monitoring center has completed the design of human-computer interaction interface based on LabVIEW.
