Lately years, quasiliquid safety and arming devices are more widely used not only in domestic fuzes but also in overseas fuzes. But almost none studies analysis and design principle about quasiliquid device by the numbers. For providing theory guidance for quasiliquid device design and improving capability and reliability of quasiliquid fuzes , taking experience formula of loose object orifice flowage of loose object mechanics, this paper constitutes three type quasiliquid safety and arming device mathematics models by force analysis. By comparing the result of the models to examination the models can instruct engineering practice more truly. Then by the mathematics models parameters of quasiliquid machines are studied and orifice and spring force and off axis force mostly effects the distance of safety and arming. Besides this paper discusses the sorting principle of micro diameter glass bead and brings forward sorting roundness with motion resistance and knocked-on reflection principle.
