To realize low-energy X-ray’s focusing usually needs variable diameter hollow glass pipes as focusing device, which makes variable diameter glass pipes’processing technology become the problem of concern. The current important means of realizing variable diameter glass pipes are the traction speed control in the drawing process. The commonly used traction speed control system of drawing variable diameter glass pipes usually have a low response speed, precision and control quality. Most of them only to satisfy the starting up process and working speed need, but for high precision demand in drawing variable diameter glass pipe often cannot achieve process requirement level. To meet the above process requirements and finally guarantee the variable diameter glass pipes’quality needs to upgrade the existing variable diameter glass pipes’molding traction device, making them have a controllable fast response speed and high precision.This paper upgraded the conventional drive motor and control system by the means of building the hardware and software system which meet the requirements for variable speed drive performance, and designed and completed a variable diameter glass pipes’molding traction speed regulation system based on DSP which are used in X-ray’s focusing.This paper first introduced the topic research background and meaning in detail. Though studies of theory and comparing the existing variable diameter glass pipes equipment’s advantages with its disadvantages formulate the design plan of the variable diameter glass pipes forming traction system which is possible in the theory.On the hardware platform, this paper designed and completed the speed control system which is up to the mustard, adopting to TI Company’s DSP TMS320F2812as the core of the control circuit and choosing the160LY56permanent magnet DC motor as the traction motor, which is produced by Beijing YongGuang micro-motor manufacturing CO.On the software platform, this paper programmed DSP adopting the CCS3.3, a code generating software, as the development environment and achieved the motor drive control. Besides, this paper also designed and achieved a man-machine interface using the configuration software of control force.Through repeated experiments, tests and adjustments, the system finally achieved the use requirement.
