Along with the development of micro-electronics technique and national defense modernization, in modern fuze systems, software has an increasing proportion. Fuze software' s reliable work plays the greatest role in the whole fuze system' s reliable work. In order to make fuze' s low cost, high performance, high reliability and high safety, this paper has done some research about fuze software reliability.On the basis of the existed research on software reliability, by combining the specialitiy of fuze and analyzing example, the paper has summarized three fuze software characteristics, those are real-time, reactor and embedding. There are many factors affecting fuze software reliability and there is a variety of effects on fuze usage environment to soft-hardware interconnection, becase of the diversity how fuze obtain object information. By analyzing the requirement of fuze software reliability, fuze software reliability design methods, fuze software reliability basic and detail design criterions are summarized in this paper. Finally, some reliability analysis methods are introduced, they are fuze software FTA analysis, fault mode and effect analysis, software reliability model analysis and Petri net analysis.This paper has analyzed fuze software reliability by the numbers, which provided some reference value for developing reliable brainpower fuze.
