Research And Development Tool For The Modern Integrated Manufacturing Management System

Serial work flow is adopted in traditional tool management, so it is difficult to make preparations for shop floor production in time and to respond to product' s variation quickly. To solve these questions, tool management system needs quick response capability and lean stock management. So the thesis lays its emphases on concurrent tool management and effective stock management and makes studies and development on tool management.Initially the thesis compares the old management mode with concurrent management mode, then puts forward concurrent shop floor work flow and gives several implement strategies which support Concurrent Engineering(CE).Secondarily, some theories of stock management which are related to tool management are discussed, and these theories are taken into consideration when constructing the management models of tools in stock.At last, the thesis details the consequent software development work of the tool management system.
