| Along with the deepening of enterprise information, as an advanced computer-aided management thought an tool, manufacturing execution system(MES) becomes a important way to improve enterprise's management ability and competence gradually. With the expanding of application of MES in discrete manufacturing industry, some problems to be solved appear. Among them, how to improve production management model in machine shop, how to integrate shop management information system with other information systems effectively to make it a bridge between top-level transaction and low-level control system, and so on. This paper studies the production management model of discrete manufacturing enterprises by combining the situation of production management in machine shop with concurrent engineering and JIT idea in large manufacturing, which has better academic significance and engineering application value to improve management efficiency in machine shop.Firstly, the origin, definition and development process of MES are briefly introduced in this paper, and the present situation of MES at home and abroad is summarized.Secondly, based on the analysis of the production characteristics of discrete manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the present situation of production management and the existing problems in machine shop. A JIT management model of machine shop is put forward by using concurrent engineering and JIT idea. This model can better solve the problem of long-time waiting of equipments in machine shop to raise production efficiency.However, to realize JIT distribution model, it is necessary for shop manufacturing process management information system to be integrated with other information systems to keep continuous and real-time information flow. And the integration between it and ERP system is discussed, as well as the integration between it and PDM system. Then the integration of manufacturing process management information system of machine shop is discussed, especially its integration content. Also the integration technology related is discussed.Finally, it presents an application instance oriented one machinery plant in Chongqing. The shop efficiency is improved by using the research results above. And the software system module of machine shop is developed. |
