Multi-model flexible production line is the main auto manufacture line in the modern leading auto factories, it's a flexible production system, which could proruce standardized products in large batch, also could produce varified procucts based on customer order. To design an excellent multi-model flexible production line is nesseriry for improving corporaton competition and reducing R&D cost of new products. Nowadays, the advance level of a production line is an important metric for evaluating the manufacrturing level.In this thesis, four key elements-pocess leverization, proces plane layout, lean logistics and production schedule for mutlti-modle fexible auto procution line are introdued. Firstly, the study for auto process leverization illustates how to realize the process levery for a mix-model production line combined with different model manufactring processes, and to make an optimized process layout accordingly. By analyzing the common process layout of auto factories, to plan the location for each main process based on the factory layout, then achieve the whole process layout with pocesee leverizing research. Lean logistics for multi-model flexible procution is also introduced in the thesis. Based on the features of varified logistics proposals, A set of material storage and distribution mode is deployed to suit the process of multi-model mixed flow production. In the last several chapters, A production schedule scenario for multi-model flexible production is introduced. To achieved the lowest waste of the productin line by production scheduling, to obtain a visualized flow chart of balanced on-line scheme by combination numeration methodology.Through the study of the four key elements, thesis tell a process plane layout, a site logistics planning scenario and a balanced on-line schedule, which are needed for disigning a multi-model mixed flow production line of an auto factory. Process leverization and process plane layout could solve the issue of laget site location of productin line, while the last two studies are aimed for reducing waste resulted from un-blanced production schedule and mix-model production.
