Due to the limitations of the existing plant to limit the future development of the Dalian Locomotive Factory,in order to expand production,increase productivity so that the rapid and healthy development of the Dalian Locomotive Factory,Dalian Locomotive Factory will move to the new base in Lushun by 2016.The new base is 3 times of the old factory.After the new base producing,the target of production is producing 1000 locomotive producing 1000 diesel engine and producing 1000 subway cars.The old factory workshop layout has been unable to meet the capacity requirements of the locomotive factory,so that the re-layout of the production workshop is particularly important.Putting the production line of 265 diesel engine as the research object,taking 265 type diesel engine production line as an example to optimize.A study of the main:(1)Analysising the existing 265-type diesel engine block production line plant process layout,mining the problems of workshop process layout.(2)Designing the new layout of the workshop process on SLP.(3)Evaluating the new programs and selecting the best program relatively in the new programs.Through the process layout of the workshop as well as logistics and transport related theories applied research,the field data with the SLP method combination process layout for optimized production workshop and made two in the optimization.By optimizing the program compared with the original layout of the data,via SLP method optimization workshop process layout basically solved the 265-type engine block production line plant process layout and logistics transport routes currently existing problems.
