As a kind of ship launching method with strong maneuverability and high economy,slipway launching has been widely used in the field of ship and marine construction.Slipway launching means that the ship is built on the horizontal berth,and then the ship is transported to the semi submersible barge or floating dock by pulling the slide,and finally the product is launched through the semi submerged barge or floating dock.In recent years,this mode is a new type of ship launching mode which arises at the historic moment in order to save land resources,reduce costs and improve efficiency.Although this launching method has been used by advanced shipbuilding enterprises at home and abroad,the use of this technology started late in China.As a big shipbuilding country,we need to continuously improve the ability of independent pulling and moving while improving the ability of horizontal berth construction,optimize the launching process scheme and standardize the operation process.This paper takes the polar exploration cruise project under construction of CMHI as the research object,makes a comprehensive research and Analysis on the whole process of pulling and launching,and puts forward a feasible pulling and launching scheme.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,the application status of flat land shipbuilding and launching methods at home and abroad is described and explained.Combined with the actual situation of the company,the research direction is determined;(2)The parameter selection and layout principle of the main pulling and moving equipment are analyzed in detail.Combined with the design of launching lug and the layout of launching chute,the feasibility study on launching scheme of polar exploration cruise ship is carried out;(3)According to the structural characteristics of the launching ship and the launching mode of the slipway,the finite element model is used to analyze the structural strength and deformation in the process of pulling and moving to the barge.The stress concentration area is determined and the reinforcement measures are taken to ensure the smooth progress of the pull transfer connection process;(4)According to the hydrological conditions of CMHI wharf,the required depth of diving operation is calculated,and the time period of launching operation is determined.By analyzing the operation process and matters needing attention,it provides strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of diving operation;(5)Finally,through the safety analysis of pulling and launching operation,safety measures and emergency plans are formulated to ensure the safety and reliability of the scheme implementation.Ship launching is a work that needs the cooperation of various links,including the technical data support work in the early stage,the cooperation of construction personnel on site,the load adjustment of semi submersible barge,and the separation time of diving,etc.,which need careful planning.As the first small cruise ship project independently built in China,this project has successfully completed the operation of pulling and moving to barge and diving separation,which has verified the rationality and reliability of the pulling and shifting scheme design,and accumulated valuable experience for the next ship pulling and launching work.
