At present,the domestic automation terminal construction industry is developing rapidly.After the completion of Xiamen offshore construction,Yangshan Qingdao has become the world’s largest automatic wharf and the one with the highest efficiency of single quay crane loading and unloading one day and one night.Due to the advantages of no track laying,flexible running route and short construction period,RTG has become the main operation machine in domestic yard bridge.Therefore,the automatic and semi-automatic transformation of RTG occupies an important position in the intelligent transformation of wharf.After the construction of Japan’s first automatic terminal,the first one was put into operation in 2012.The domestic tire crane transformation started late.In 2016,Zhendong wharf and Zhenhua heavy industry cooperated to transform it into a semi-automatic tire crane.However,the focus of research and development is mainly on the spreader alignment system,crane deviation correction system,single machine and central control PLC data exchange protocol.For the wireless communication mode of data transmission,the simple mode of point-topoint is adopted,which can not meet the transfer requirements of RTG(In case of communication equipment failure,it can only be stopped for maintenance,which will affect the production progress of the yard.Therefore,this paper designs and takes the MTL terminal of Hong Kong as an example to successfully check and accept the redundant remote control system which meets the requirements of transfer,which has reference value.Firstly,this thesis introduces the basic structure of the RTG and the operation process of port gathering and container handling.It focuses on the special cross street and transition conditions of the RTG,and expounds the basic structure of the remote control system.It is clear that the main objects to be transmitted are the video signal of CCTV system and the monitoring signal of single central control PLC.The priority of PLC control signal is higher than that of video transmission signal.Combined with the basic layout of the wharf,the wireless performance requirements and difficulties of the RTG remote control system are analyzed in detail.Then,the overall architecture of RTG remote control system is designed from the perspective of single machine and central control.The single machine part includes single PLC,single CCTV system and ACCs system.The network structure of single PLC,the distribution of CCTV system cameras and the corresponding relationship with working conditions,the function and configuration of ACCs system are given.The central control part includes remote operation console,RCCs system and core server,and describes the functions Capability design ideas and network architecture.Based on this,from the coverage,bandwidth rate,transmission delay and maximum security delay,the main technical requirements of the overall architecture of single machine and central control system for wireless communication system are obtained.Finally,based on the overall design scheme,the remote control system of MTL tire crane in Hong Kong is deployed and implemented.From the perspective of hardware deployment and software configuration development,the remote transformation scheme and process of MTL terminal tire crane in Hong Kong are described.The main technical indicators are tested for three scenarios: roaming between single network base stations,roaming switching between dual network base stations,and redundant switching between two networks The switching delay is 20 / 10 /30 ms,and the maximum transmission delay is less than 150 ms,which meets the design requirements.Through the design and implementation of the remote wireless control scheme for the RTG,we have established relevant case design and implementation experience for the company,and can provide reference cases for similar applications at home and abroad.
