Design And Implementation Of Etc Lane Toll Software For Expressway

With the constant increasing of highway construction and traffic, the existing traffic capacity of the toll station and way of charge could not meet the requirements of the speedy passage of vehicles. Using ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) toll system can effectively solve this problem. In this paper, we focus on the structure and function of ETC toll system based on the analysis of the structure of the ETC toll system. And then design and implement the ETC lane Toll Software.Firstly, The paper introduce the ETC toll system, and elaborate on the important part-function of ETC toll system. We analyze the requirement of the ETC Lane Toll Software based on Highway Management Requirements, then design and carve up the function modules. This system was made up with several modules designed by modularized idea. There are system initialize module, business management module, I/O control module, serial communication module, database access module and data management module. At the same time, we analyze and design the database of ETC Lane Toll System. Then, we design these modules based on the modularized ideas and implement the functions of them. At last, we test all the functions of this system, and give test use case partly. Analyze the result of this system and accomplish the whole system.
