| The fundamental characteristic of five fibers including pearl fiber, tencel, modal,chitosan fiber, cotton and hollow polyester fiber were studied in this paper. The technical problems in ring spinning and fabric manufacturing process were solved, which were caused by the strength, flexibility, elongation and fineness among different fibers. Five kinds of fabrics which has antibacteria and protect health were developed.Several physical and mechanical properties were tested, such as drape property, abrasive resistance, bursting property and warp strength. The wearability of five fabric were studied. The results show as follows: The drape properties are good. The fabric blended 14.8tex pearl fiber/tencel/modal yarn with 75D/36F hollow polyester fiber is interlock fabric, so the size of fabric is stable. It is hard for loop to slip from the break point. In addition, the fabric blended with 14.8tex pearl fiber/tencel/modal yarn with 75D/36F hollow polyester fiber blended fabric is thick and compact, so the bursting strength are large. The fabric blended 14.8tex pearl fiber/tencel/modal yarn with 14.8tex modal yarn has good abrasive resistance. The fabric blended 14.8tex pearl fiber/tencel/modal yarn with 75D/36F hollow polyester fiber has good strength.. |
