Sino-japanese Environmental Cooperation In Research

As the economy in the world grows quickly, the environment is deteriorating day by day. The environmental problem is not just a problem in a country, but has become a problem across the country. The international cooperation in the environmental protection has become an important issue in the study of international relationships. In the aspect of environmental cooperation, there is the common interest between China and Japan. At the same time, they have faced serious environmental problems, such as acid rain, sandstorm and sea pollution, which only can be resolved by the collective efforts between them. After the cooperation in the past 30 years, they had already formed new frameworks of multi-channel, multi-level and multi-domain. The cooperation has got great improvement and become a successful type in bilateral environmental cooperation all over the world. However, we must admit that there are still some problems in Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation which should be settled as soon as possible, such as the lack of capital and techniques, the exists of conflicts and the green trade barrier. Therefore, China should become more positive and take effective measures to make the Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation develop healthily. In 21 century, the environmental cooperation between China and Japan is bound to make further development. Only the two countries solve the problems hand in hand, can the environmental status of China and Japan be improved greatly and the two countries get common development in Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation.The chief part of this essay is divided into five chapters: the first chapter describes the environmental problems which have been faced by Japan and China; the second chapter describes the development and the status of Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation; the third chapter analyzes the external and internal impetuses of Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation; the fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation and the measures which should be taken by China; the fifth chapter points out the effect and the trend of Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation.
