| With water pollution geting aggravated day by day, the shortage of water resources have already become a serious question of the industrial and economic development. sewage is becoming an important water resource that can be utilized because of its the stability and dependability. It is well known that fire power generating unit is the enormous water consumer. The consuming water in a fire power plant, circulating cooling water accounts for absolute proportion, about more than 90% of the total. According to the data, in a fire power plant of 1000WM,the amount of consuming circulating cooling water need 3800t. Under such backgrounds, this paper study on municipal sewage advanced treatment and achieving the purpose back to using as the circulating cooling water of thermal power plant. The treatment is adopted that the lime and PFS coagulation treatment technology.In this paper, the waster water is attempted to as the making up water in the circulating cooling water system of Zouxian fire power plant. With the theoretic direction of the water disposal, analyzing the factors of corrosion and scaling, which can effect the units work safely and economically, for using the waster water as the circulating cooling water. On this base, designing and implementing the static experiments and dynamic simulation experiments and industrial experiments on waster water using as circulating water. And determining the controlling ways of water quality under this condition..The experimental results showed that the best dose of lime is 375mg/L, of PFS is 10mg/L and of PAM is 0.75mg/L. The highest removing rate of alkalinity was about 58.85%. The removing rate of rigidity was 37.21% and the removing rate of turbidity was 79.9%. The removing rate of COD and NH3-N were 52.5% and 38.14%. If the mount of NH3-N is high, the sewage need treat by BAF. The removing rate of NH3-N is about 80%.SD-2316A, which is a kind of inhibitors of corrosion and scale, the dose of which is 8mg/l, was added into the circulating water. The concentration of chloride ion in the circulating water that was condensed continuously was 3.6 times as before. If pH value was adjusted or the mount of NH3-N was reached 8mg/l, the water can be concentrated 4 times. In the whole experiment, scale wasn't formed and stainless steel wasn't corroded. But B30, a copper-nickel alloy, can not use as steam condenser. Following on, the paper analyzes the cost of the sewage reusing object. The cost of the advanced treatment is 0.73 Yuan/m3.The research of sewage advanced treatment technology will open up a new and economic way in order to solve the shortage of water resources of power plant problem. |
