The shortage of water resource restricts the social and economical development of China. Classifying water resource and recycling it by purposes are the basic treatment principles to solve this problem. It is well known that stream power plant uses a high proportion of industrial water. Recycling reclaimed water into the usage of recirculating cooling water system takes the trends of energy saving and exhaust reducing, which shows its in theoretical value and practical significance.The present status of water resource in China was acquired in detail by referring multiple articles, and the major technologies about recycling reclaimed water to supply recirculative cooling water system were investigated mainly. Based on the demonds of recirculative cooling water system and reclaimed water qualities, concrete-sediment method, with characteristics of low investment, esay to do, was chosen to be the advanced treatment technology. Reclaimed water supplied from Nantun Sewage Plant was treated by the advanced treatment system, so it would be competent to take the place of supplying water. At the start of this system application, sediment and corruption problems caused by water qualities were seious to damage the system and productive process. So, the effects of some potential corrosion-scale inhibitors alternatives including SDF-3, SDF-7, and SDF-8 on condense ratio and corrosion-inhibit efficiency were investigated in detail by experiment. SDF-8 was chosen to be the corrosion-scale inhibitor alternative, and its corrosion preventing behavior was evaluated by dynamic simulative experiment. The results show that SDF-8 is competent as the corrosion-scale inhibitor. The whole recirculative cooling water system was designed and configurated, and a set of specification was put forward to apply. For efficient process, SDF-8 concentration 14 ppm and condense ratio≤3.68were confirmed.Continue process of the system shows that, the system is well done in proceeding and water qualities. Result shows that corruption and scale phenomena reduce greatly compared to the formal one. The application of the new system can reduce the cost of 1,467,500 CNY saved every year.
