Study On The Feasibility Of Reusing Municipal Sewage As Circulating Cooling Water In Industries

In this paper, it is show that we not only attach importance to the problems of scale, corrosion and bacterium in the routine circulating cooling water system ,but also pay attention to the new special problems such as NH3,PO43-and foam by the reusing of municipal sewage.According to the particularity of municipal sewage source and quality,the adaptability of water-treated medicament and the operational technical conditions of circulating cooling water system, we carry out the scale inhibition test, corrosion test and dynamic simulation test adopting testing pieces which are the same material with the equipment in production system. Through the test, we screen out the optimum direction of the water-treated medicament and make sure the optimum technical control- conditions,which realize safe, high effective and stable operation of reusing municipal sewage as circulating cooling water.If the secondary-treated municipal sewage directly apply to circulating cooling water system,through using the special corrosion & scale inhibitor and germicide,the value of dirtiness resistance,adhesion rate,corrosive rate and the total number of bacterium are high ,and the figures of corrosion and scaling can not reach the national standard of《Design Code for the Treatment of Industrial Circulating Cooling Water》on the condition of concentration multiple from 2.5 to 3.0. Therefore the secondary-treated municipal sewage reused as circulating cooling water is not conformable. we must carry out necessary deep-treatment for the municipal sewage and make water quality completely apply to the circulating cooling water system in industries by the means of mixed agglomeration-filtration-chlorination.If the deep-treated municipal sewage apply to circulating cooling water system,through using the special corrosion & scale inhibitor and germicide,the value of dirtiness resistance,adhesion rate,corrosive rate and the total number of bacterium are low,the problems of scale, corrosion and bacterium are effective controlled,and the figures of corrosion and scaling can reach the national standard on the condition of...
