Panjin city is located in the coastal area of Liaoning Province,it’s a water shortage city,city wastewater has high salinity characteristics.In order to alleviate the tense city water situation,Panjin city’s first sewage treatment plant effluent will be reused in advanced treatment in power plant and other enterprises.According to the present situation of sewage factory and reuse way, project scale:(1)90000tons/day at GB/T50050-2007"industrial circulating cooling water treatment design standard " required of the water quality of circulating cooling water;(2)10000tons/day reached GBT50109-2006"code for design of industrial water softening in demand "water quality index of high pressure boiler water supply.This article combines the Panjin city’s first sewage treatment plant effluent quality and environment situation of Panjin city.Based on the removal of high salinity and city wastewater for circulating cooling water and boiler supply water treatment technology research,it will use "clarify+medium filtering+ultrafiltration with a reverse osmosis "process,the effluent can meet the power plant circulating cooling water standard";reverse osmosis+EDI" process, the effluent reaches to the boiler water supply water standard,the paper identified the main treatment structure size, equipment type and the technical parameters.This project can not only in water saving and environmental protection has made very good economic and environmental benefits,it will be a sustainable development of strategic significance to modern water-saving city and an important measure to develop the city.The reuse can reduce the discharge amount of Liaohe River, Liaohe River’s environmental change provides a positive contribution;city sewage reuse for the thermal power industry can complement excess fresh water demand and provide the city a guarantee for sustainable development.
