| A new biological method was used to treat circulating cooling water and to solve the problems of scaling,corrosion and biofouling.The compound microorganism preparation as a biological treatment agent included nitrobacteria,bacillus subtilis,photosynthetic bacteria and thiobacillus denitrificans.In this paper,urban reclaimed water was used as supplementary source of circulating cooling water.The effect and mechanism of the compound microorganism preparation in circulating cooling water treatment were studied.The simulation experiment of circulating cooling water,rotating corrosion coupon experiment and biofouling wet weight experiment were used to test treatment effect of the compound microorganism preparation.The corrosion products and biofouling compositions were analyzed by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The results showed that the compound microorganism preparation could effectively decrease ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)and chemical oxygen demand(COD).The concentration ratio of circulating cooling water system reached 3.77 by using the compound microorganism preparation.The corrosion inhibition rate of the compound microorganism preparation and the removal rate on biofouling achieved 99.64%and 22.21%,respectively.The compound microorganism preparation had shown positive effects on treatment of scale,corrosion and biofouling inhibition.The scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition effects of different proportions of the compound microorganism preparation were studied by the dynamic simulation experiment of circulating cooling water.The results showed that the annual fouling resistances of two systems were 1.6012×10-4m2·℃/W and 1.9574×10-4m2·℃/W,which were lower than the limit value of national standard.The corrosion rate of the import and export coupon in two systems also met national standard. |
