| As the largest SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) manufacturer in China, Changzhou Resin & Composite Co., Ltd. has the obligation to lead development of China SMC. The company keeps research on processing of SMC and compressed products in nearly 30 years and accumulates rich experiences. This paper expatiates company strategy and theory of strategy management, then analyzes development of SMC domestic and abroad. External and internal environment analysis is done on Changzhou Resin & Composite Co. Meanwhile EFE and IFE matrixes are established. Based on SPACE and QSPM matrixes, focuing on strengthening strategy should be the development strategy for Changzhou Resin & Composite Co. |
