Carbon fiber produce is manufactured by solidify with epoxy after molding. It is mainly used in the field of national defense, aviation, architecture and energy sources. The devise researched and developed a new process in order to approach the weave structure produce, and raise the productivity, reduce the cost.The devise adopts mechatronics system conceptual design which determines the mechatronics system chief function according to the market demand, analyzing the function, process conceptive and analysis, choosing the appropriate generalized perform machine system, sensor system, information dispose and control system.This thesis confirms the technical action and concludes that the machine will be of large market demand by researching the excellent performances, application in some fields and machine process. (Dwind the carbon fiber sheet around the core: harmonize the rotation of the core and the linear movement of the feed device, a little superpose is permitted and no clearance; (2)spread the sheet along the axes of the core on the surface: feed device reciprocate after the winding. Core rotate a certain angle after complete a sheet spread. (3)repeat above movement until reach certain value; (4)keep the tension invariable during the course of winding and spread.In the choice of the driving element, firstly, compare with the electric, pneumatic, and fluid drive, choose the electric drive finally, and choose the AC servo motor as drive element. In the choice of the conducting element, choose the arrester as the tension control element; compare with the screw, gear and dentiform strap wheel by hiberarchy analysis, choose the dentiform strap wheel drive the feed device finally.After determining the sensor, the thesis does the argumentation to the tension control strategy, and the tension analysis, establish the tension mathematical model. The thesis determines finally that the tension is controlled directly with PID module of PLC.In the part of test and parameter enactment, the technical movement of every step, and its parameter, PLC echelon chart are determined.Because the manufacture means is still in the stage of experiment, we concludemany improvement directions, and acquire a lot of valuable experiences. The device will be of a good future.
