| Carbon fiber composite has been widely used in automobile industry,aerospace,military and other fields for its light weight and high strength.With the lower cost demand of carbon fiber market,the application technology of large tow carbon fiber attracts the attention of researchers.To compare with the traditional carbon fiber fabric,the spread tow fabric(STF)woven by spreading fiber is lighter and thinner,and the fiber crimp in the tissue is smaller and less.The resulting composite material has the further improvement of the functional characteristics of light weight and high strength,as well as strong designability and covering ability.At the same time,the development and application of spread tow fabrics bring forward new problems for the field of textile science.In this paper,the TX-3 carbon fiber loom owned by Shijiazhuang Changshan Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd.was taken as the research object for which the optimization design of insertion system and beating-up system were made.The main study work is as follows:(1)Analyzed the key technologies and forming principle of spread tow fabric.The key weaving technologies include the mechanism for warp release with low warp tension,the mechanism for weft supply and weft insertion,the technology for fabric formation,the mechanism for selvedge formation and the mechanism for woven fabric take-up.The work of weft insertion system and beating-up system is the key to determine fabric quality and weaving speed.(2)In order to improve the weaving speed and weft insertion quality of the loom,two weft storage systems were designed: linkage weft storage system and separation weft storage system.And two kinds of tension compensation devices were put forward: springpole compensation device and negative pressure compensation device.Through the comprehensive evaluation,the integrated scheme of separation weft storage and spring-pole compensation was finally adopted.(3)In order to solve the problems of unstable clamping of rapier head against weft material in weft insertion process,such as fiber loss and falling off,this paper discussed and studied the clamping technology of rapier head for spreading tow from two aspects: working principle and clamping surface working mechanism.Then completed the structure design of an eccentric spring-loaded rapier head.(4)In order to improve the speed of the loom,the motion of the fabric forming mechanism with weft beating-up and eating-into of TX-3 loom were analyzed,the analysis found servo screw drive system brought about the happening of the rigid impact.Then the beating and feeding mechanism of conjugate CAM was used to optimize the weft beating system,selected the improved trapezoid acceleration law as the motion law of follower and the corresponding conjugate CAM was designed based on the weaving process requirement.Through the establishment of the simulation of cam-type weft beating and feeding mechanism,the correctness of the convex contour design was verified,and the motion characteristics of each actuator were improved to avoid the impact. |
