| with the development of the science and technology and our society, the textile industry has also changed profoundly , and converted its emphasis to the technical textile fabrics with higher science and technology content and additional value , which has finally achieved great success .It is the medical textile fabric that has also become the indispensable main area in the technical textile fabrics, and it has transferred from the traditional protecting fabric to the multi-functional fabric,which has also gained big development.It is introduced in this article that the present situation and the development of the shaping pressure bandage together with the principle of how to use it for the treatment of varicosity .By means of a vast amount of analysis, we have finally met the theoretical method of designing shaping pressure bandage.It is the buffer pressure principle that has been adopted in curing varicosity. And it will effective when one has put on the shaping pressure bandage, after which the bandage can arise the pressure from big to small on the foot ankle up to the thigh ,in thus way ,the blood can be recirculated to the heart. The research topic begins with the analysis and test for the material and the structure of elastic knitted fabric ,and then determines which material and structure will be used according to the requirement to the elastic knitted fabric. And base on this, we continue tensile strength test of the rectangle samples with different lengths, then do collection and analysis about the test result on the computer, so that we can get the relationship between elongation and the tensile strength about the rectangle samples under the external force. Suppose the human leg is a rigid body with circle cross-section ,and we can work out the knitting size of the tubular bandage on the condition that the leg is under the pressure .Meanwhile, we have carried on the development of the CAD system ofthe shaping pressure bandage. In this part ,the computation method of the knitting size of the tubular fabrics and knitting technology is introducedunder the present condition. And the structure, function,operation ofCAD system is also introduced .The research of this subject will play a positive role in enhancing the popularization and the application of the medical shaping pressure bandage in our country . |
