| Amino silicone oil can provide the treated fabric with soft, smooth and excellent performance and has good feeling.But after the finished fabric will have the yellowing, hydrophilic, anti wrinkle performance problems. With the development of textile industry, people on the performance of textile auxiliaries are increasingly high requirements. Amino silicone oil has been unable to meet the demand of textile industry. Therefore, the modified amino silicone oil has become a focus of current research. If the polyurethane and polysiloxane grafted together, the use of polyurethane characteristics may solve amino silicone treated fabric drawback. In view of this, two kinds of polyurethane modified amino silicone finishing agent with different structure for fabric and a closed type polyurethane crosslinker was synthesized in this paper design and its application to silicon softening agent. IR, 1H-NMR, SEM and other instruments were used to analyse the structure of the synthesized material and film-forming property, and were discussed the influence factors of its application performance.(1) The preparation, characterization and application research of polyurethane modified amino terminated siliconWith D4 and 1, 3-(3- aminopropyl)-1,1,3,3- four methyl two siloxane was prepared by bulk polymerization of amino terminated polysiloxane(ASO-2). With ASO-2 and IPDI, PEG-1000 polyurethane prepolymer was prepared by the reaction of polymer reaction, a block type polyurethane modified amino polysiloxane were synthesized(PUASO-2). The structure characterization, film observation and application properties of PUASO-2 were studied by IR, 1H-NMR, SEM.Research shows that, PUASO-2 is easily emulsified with an average diameter of 256.1nm, the 15.4m V potential of PUAS-2 emulsion. The application of PUAS-2 in cotton fabric finishing, can make cotton fiber treated with smooth surface. select isophorone isocyanate(IPDI), polyether diol(PEG-1000) for the synthesis of raw materials, ASO-2 ammonia value tendency for 0.3 mmol/g, PU mass fraction is 20%, when the dosage of PUAS-2 to 10 g/L, By PUAS-2 cotton fabric bending rigidity after finishing reached 991 m N, whiteness was 81.19 wb,static water absorption time was 1.61 s, wrinkle recovery angle reached 174.71 o, the application effect is the best. The finishing of cotton fabrics treated with PUAS-2 improved by AS-2 defect of cotton fabrics and given some of its anti-wrinkle properties.(2) The preparation, characterization and application performance research of polyurethane modified side chain amino siliconeWith hydroxyl silicone oil(HSO), N-(beta aminoethyl)-gamma-ammonia propyl methyl dimethoxy silane(DL-602) was prepared by bulk polymerization of amino terminated polysiloxane(ASO-1). Using ASO-1 and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), polyether diol(PEG-1000) as the raw material of polyurethane prepolymer reaction, was prepared by a polyurethane crosslinking network structure modification of side chain polysiloxane(PUASO-1). The structure characterization, film observation and application properties of PUASO-1 were studied by IR, 1H-NMR, SEM.Research shows that, PUASO-1 is easily emulsified with an average diameter of 135.8nm, the 54.1m V potential of PUAS-1 emulsion. The application of PUAS-1 in cotton fabric finishing, can make cotton fiber treated with smooth surface.When the ASO-1 ammonia is 0.3mmol/g, PU mass fraction of 20%, when PUAS-1 in an amount of 10g/L, By PUAS-1 cotton fabric bending rigidity after finishing reached 813 m N, whiteness was 81.83 wb,static water absorption time was 1.41 s, wrinkle recovery angle reached 196.71 o. Because of its molecular structure, cotton fabrics treated with PUAS-1 after finishing can obtain more excellent performance.(3) Synthesis of closed polyurethane crosslinker PU and study on the application in siliconeWith isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), polyether glycol(PEG-1000) and triethanolamine(TEOA), butyl ketoxime(MEKO) as raw material a closed polyurethane crosslinker PU was prepared. The structure was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR.The polyurethane/amino silicon PU/AS composite emulsion was obtained by mixing the PU and AS-1.The film observation and application performance of PU/AS composite emulsion were studied.Research shows that when the AS/PU composite emulsion dosage of 10 g/L, the Baptist rolling curing for 90 s at 170℃, when the PU R value was 1.15, the mass ratio of polyurethane and amino silicone emulsion is 5:5 distribution, By PU/AS bending stiffness composite emulsion finished cotton fabrics reached 821 m N, whiteness was 80.87 wb, static water absorption time was 1.48 s, wrinkle recovery angle reached 198.98 o. Compared with the cotton fabric after finishing AS-1, whiteness, crease recovery angle and static water absorption time of cotton fabric was improved obviously after finishing with PU/AS composite emulsion, and the soft degree decreased slightly. The application performance of PU/AS composite emulsion and PUAS-1 are similar, but the experimental operation of PU/AS composite emulsion is simple, easy to control. |
