In recent years,accompanied by the development of the textile industry and in-depth environmental protection concept,people have a higher pursuit of fabric quality.There are also some special requirements for the performance of textiles in some special scenarios.For example,the protective clothing of medical personnel needs excellent antibacterial performance,and mountaineering clothes and raincoats need good waterproof performance.Silicone is one of the most commonly used fabric finishing agents,which has low surface energy and good film-forming property.Modification of organic silicon and its application in fabric finishing can make textile products have good hand feeling and special application performance.In people's daily life,the leather industry has great market potential.In the processing process,the application of a coating agent with excellent performance can make the leather surface oily,black and bright,with special hand feeling and good waterproof performance.Given this,the main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Hydrophilic antibacterial quaternary polyether polysiloxane(NisBPS)was designed and synthesized.With terminal polymethylhydrogensiloxane(?,?-PHMS),allyl polyoxyethylene epoxy ether(AEH),and octadecyl dimethyl tertiary amine(DMA-18)as raw materials,hydrosilylation,ammonia cyclization quaternization,and other reactions were carried out successively,and an antibacterial silicone finishing agent was prepared.The expected molecular structure of N-sBPS was confirmed by FT-IR and 1HNMR.The light yellow transparent emulsion was obtained by emulsifying N18BPS,and its average particle size was 78.96nm;The Zeta potential is+38.7mV.Scanning electron microscope observation showed that the treated fabric surface was smooth and flat.An antibacterial circle experiment was carried out on the fabric,which proved that it has a good antibacterial property.The optimum reaction conditions of N18BPS were discussed.The results showed that the product had the best performance when the reaction temperature was 80?,the reaction time was 8h and the solvent dosage was 30%.Under the conditions of drying and setting at 160? and emulsion dosage of 6g/L,the softness,hydrophilicity,and antibacterial property of the treated cotton fabric are improved to a certain extent,and the cotton fabric still has a good hand feeling after repeated washing.(2)Preparation of hydrophobic composite emulsion polyurethane/polysiloxane(PU/PS).Long-chain alkyl polysiloxane R18PS with the hydrophobic property was synthesized from side-chain hydrogen-containing silicone oil(PHMS)and octadecene(OD),its structure was characterized by FT-IR.R18PS was made into an emulsion with a nonionic emulsifier and then compounded with anionic polyurethane emulsion to obtain composite polyurethane/silicone emulsion.It was found that its appearance was transparent liquid,the average particle size of 152.96nm and the Zeta potential of-48.2 mV;SEM showed that the composite emulsion had good film-forming properties on the fabric surface.According to AFM micro-morphology analysis,the roughness of the fabric surface is increased due to the influence of long-chain alkyl,so the hydrophobic property is improved.The contact angle of water reaches 140°through the static contact angle test.The application research shows that when 2.0%PU/PS emulsion is used and the best baking condition is 180? for 3min,the fabric has the best comprehensive properties such as hydrophobicity and wash resistance.(3)Study on synthesis of cationic waterborne polyurethane and modification of N-sBPS emulsion.Polyurethane emulsion with the average particle size of 169.7nm and Zeta potential of+34.2mV was obtained by the reaction of poly(1,4-butanediol adipate),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),and tri(2-hydroxy ethyl)ammonia(TEOA).Polyurethane/Organosilicon PUNAS coating agent was obtained by mixing it with N18BPS emulsion in proportion,and its viscosity was 900 mPa·s;The pH value is nearly neutral at 6.82.The average particle size is 118.5nm,and the potential value is+36.6mv;Good centrifugal stability.By analyzing the influencing factors of its performance,when the dosage of polyurethane emulsion is 30%,the solid content of PUNAS coating agent is 15%,and the baking temperature is 150?,the finished leather has a black,bright and oily appearance,soft and silky feel,and PUNAS coating agent gives the leather a smooth effect.
