With the rapid development of the social and economic in our country, the strength and scale of the mine construction and production also continued to increase. The extensive exploitation and utilization of mineral resources caused serious damage to the mine ecological environment. The evaluation of the mine ecological environment is an infrastructure work to make the eco-environmental protection program scientific, management quantitative, resource development reasonable and processes informationized, besides, it also plays an important role in participating in management, guiding environmental protection and governance.Currently, the research on evaluation of mine eco-environment has become a hot topic, but there is a big difference in environmental evaluation standard, method and selection of index system.Based on the summary of the domestic and foreign related research results and combined with the actual situation in Laiyuan iron mines, the article used five sub systems to describe the features of the mine eco-environment, and further selected 14 evaluation indicators to build Lai Yuan County mine eco-environmental evaluation index system. The five subsystems are the natural geography, water resources, solid waste, land resources and mine geological disaster. Then, according to remote sensing data, DEM data and part of the mine environment project data, using RS and GIS technology to analysis the index of solid waste accumulation, topography, vegetation cover, land resource utilization ratio and damage to geological disaster, reflected the eco-environmental status in the single index of Iron mines in the Laiyuan County. On this basis, using AHP to confirm the weight of each index, and the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate, combined with the local mining state and the evaluation results, put forward the remediation and treatment measures of the eco-environment of Laiyuan County iron ore mine. Main conclusions with this paper are as follows:1) Based on the basic theory of the ecological environment of mine evaluation, according to the actual situation of iron mines in Laiyuan, combined with the basis of the collected data, put the ecological environment of iron mines in Laiyuan into resources of land, solid waste, physical geography, geological disaster of mine and resources water these five subsystems. We selected14 evaluation index based on the characteristics of each subsystem to make eco-environmental evaluation system for iron mine in Laiyuan and the system has reference for the other mine eco-environmental assessment2)With data analysis capabilities of Arcgis9.3,we made a comprehensive analyze for the eco-environmental evaluation and comprehensive evaluation index of each iron mines in Laiyuan. We obtained spatial distribution of each indicator data and the spatial distribution level of mine eco-environment. And we divided the eco-environmental situation of 46 iron mines in Laiyuan into five levels. The higher level has the better eco-environment. The results showed that all the iron mines in Laiyuan had better ecological condition, and the ecological environment in more than three level have 33, accounting for 71.73% of the total mine. The remaining 13 mines eco-environment was relatively poor and needed to focus on governance.3) We combined the current situation of various iron mines in Laiyuan and final results of the evaluation to propose safe disposal of mine waste, land reclamation, solid waste recycling and normalization of mine geological disaster prevention. We must strengthen law enforcement and focus on five remediation of the problem mine.It will be required to focus on the implementation of each measure described mines. It can provide the basis for the management of environmental protection departments, ecological restoration and ecological environment management of mines. |
