Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Ecological Environment In Pujiang County

Currently, a series of environmental problems, such as global warming, acid rain, air and water pollution, water quality deterioration soil erosion, natural forests quickly dissipated, accelerating desertification, shortage of freshwater resources, excellent reduction of arable land, hampered the sustainable human development. To maintain the overall function of the ecological environment, how to coordinate between the economic relationship and environmental protection provides the necessary resources and Sustainable environment for human survival and development. Thus evaluation of the ecological environment is particularly important.According to the actual situation and the existing information available for Pujiang County, the papers calculate the weight factor with Analytic Hierarchy Process, and with comprehensive index to evaluate ecological environment, that it uses remote sensing data and other relevant information as the basis and accords to geographic information systems for space management and analysis tools. The main results are as follows:(1)Using the Landsat TM remote sensing data as the source, through data preprocessing extract the factor ,such as land use, NDVI, soil moisture index; By the drawing and data collection extract the index information, such as DEM, slope, aspect, water, soil, faults, roads distribution, population, Economic.(2) Through the establishing hierarchy model, the evaluation factor is divided into target layer, constrained layer, feather layer. By the determining matrix calculate the weight factor, and used the consistency of determining matrix to test weight of each factor, until the data meet the requirement.(3)According to the comprehensive index of the ecological environment, it ecological environment of the Pujiang County is divided into five level, such as class one, class two, class three, class four, class five. Their different ecological conditions reflect different levels of ecological conditions have different ecological significance. (4) Analysis of the evaluation results show that the rate of evaluation index above class three reached 87.6%. the rate of evaluation index between class four and five is only 12.4%, so the ecological environment is generally good in Pujian county.(5) Basis on the analysis of the actual situation and the reasons for the ecological environment. it is proposed for planning and environment protection measures and the ecological environment to sustainable development were discussed in Pujiang county.
