| Quantitative assessments of human activities on natural resources with sustainable development, beyond the area of ecological carrying capacity, are the keys of the region sustainable development. Ecological footprint is a quantitative evaluation method which based on the development capacity of ecological land sustainable. The consumption of regional resources which transform by the conversion factor and balanced factor provide all kinds of biological productive land area(ecological footprint), and those are compared with the area of biological productive by regional providing(ecological carrying capacity). And quantitative judgment is in accordance with the sustainable development. At last we will get the ecological deficit and ecological surplus deficit through the data analysis. Depend on these we may find the main factors of bondage to regional development, and find a solution to the problem.This thesis uses the revised ecological footprint model, analysis Jing Shan’s ecological footprint of dynamic change trend around five years according to the new index system--National hectare, and the ecological footprint of supply and demand development status of the quantitative evaluation in those years.The ecological footprint of the ecological footprint of industry is an important part of the study, and it can also solve the regional environment problems in the main reference. But the similar cases are rarely to be found either inland or outland. The ecological footprint of literature of the industry is still at the stage of exploration. This article tries to count the ecological footprint in certain industries by the ecological footprint theory and method. Try to find the reason which influences the ecological footprint and the cause of ecological carrying capacity. And the results have the reference value for regional ecological research in the future.This article shows the ecological construction in Jing Shan. Using the ecological footprint theory, quantitative analysis and calculation analyses how to create ecological countries in our country.It’s the key and core. The ecological footprint about Jing Shan using the ecological footprint method and the physical data are analysised in this part. The ecological deficit/surplus, change trend and the reasons are concluded. The calculation of the industrial ecological footprint and some suggestions for the industrial and agricultural development are given as well; According to the evaluation results, we give the countermeasures of ecological Jing Shan. It should be constructive to the Jing Shan ecological construction. According to above quantitative research results, this paper gives that ecological carrying capacity of sustainable development countermeasures. The aim is to realize the sustainable development of Jing Shan. The article points out that the ecological footprint method will become a quantitative analysis and prepare a sustainable development plan tool through continuous improvement. |
