Chang De City Jiangbei Urban Sewage Processing Status And Measures Of Research

With entry of the 21st century, China's urbanization and urban area are extremely accelerating. The population is exploding. In the meantime, large mounts of wastewater unhandled is discharged into the urban water system and relevant rivers which have brought into serious pollution. In order to protect water resources, China is taking active actions such as enlarging found investment, strengthening the construction of wastewater treatment facilities. Therefore, sewage disposal system is making great progress. Hunan provincial party committee and government has started up three years of sewage treatment plan since 2008, enlarged the financial investment, introduced social capital, implemented the way of franchising such as BOT and TOT, etc and vigorously developed urban sewage treatment in the hope of realization ofscientific development and a resource-conserving, environment-friendly society which has made great achievements over two years.At present, Changde city is engaged in a new construction in qualitative expansion. By 2020, Changde urban area will expand three times larger than now and the urban population will be three times, so that the environmental protection will be more serious. In terms of the pollution situation in the water of Jiangbei in Changde, this paper makes a research on the specific situation of urban sewage treatment and existing problems and explores urban wastewater treatment process and the advanced operation and manage systems to seek the relevant construction measures of sewage treatment in order to pushing for the rapid and healthy development in the business of sewage treatment. The study methods used in this paper are macro observation and micro one, sampling investigation and typical survey, the qualitative and quantitative research methods.
