The Effect Of Sewage Treatment And Its Economic Analysis In Changchun City

This paper analyzed and evaluated three different sewage treatment processes on the effect of urban sewage treatment in the northern suburb,the western suburbs and Shuangyang sewage treatment plant in Changchun.The researcher aimed to explore the construction of sewage treatment enterprises and investd the cost of operations and productions.The paper firstly summaried the sewage treatment industry and the status quo at home and abroad,and proposed the research background and significance.Then,the reseacher investigated the engineering construction in the three sewage treatment plants in Changchun, estimated the three sewage treatments which were used in the four municipal wastewater treatment processes in details.On the basisi of quality analysis and data analysis of the three sewage treatment plants' water quality statements in 2008,the paper secondly dealed with the direct effects of sewage treatment,treatment capacity,treatement stability and impact load resistance.The researcher proposed the classification of evaluating model of Sewage Treatment from the four aspects.According to the informations which were provided by the construction of three sewage treatment plants and the relevant government departments,the paper maked an comprehensive analysis of the size of the building,construction management and investment costs on the sewage treatment plant.The paper calculated the plant running components which are composed of the energy consumption,drug consumption,repair and maintenance,dredging and sludge disposal, wages and benefits,management and other fees,and analyzed the composition of operating costs.At last the researcher maked several suggestions to improve social and economic benefits of the sewage treatment.Finally,the researcher summarized the whole text and maked several propositions for further study.
