If we make recycle water resource ,than we can protect our environment and save water resource. The researchful question of this paper are seek new water resource and realize sewage resourceization .This paper investigated Kunming city's Water resource, Water supply, Sewerage and user composing etc, It also analyse water resource empolder and using status quo, supply and need balance status quo of water rescource and its develop current, combine economy with society develop collectivity programming ,keep to continuance develop and set up a city of prevent water pollute ,Advance water rescource circular stratagem policy ,analyse research its necessarily, possibility and feasibility that Kunming's sewage rescoureization ,it afford gist for material project.From among those analyse process of sweage rescoursezation come down to serve object ,water quality demand ,deal with technics and run manage mode science and engineering problem ,at the same time for other cities sewage rescourcezation research provide use for reference means.Get across research, Kunming city's sewage resourceization is doable, City sewage through secondary treatment, than get across flocculate, deposit and filtrate those deep treatment method, the water can rebirth using .It mostly give cities' sight for supplement , wash city's road and using water of virescence .Rebirth water and transport water pipe take form that disperse treatment and disperse supply .It build up four factories for rebirth water ,its' capability are 265 thousand m3/day,set up pipeline 53.5 KM,invest 219 millions yuan .The cost of run rebirth water engineering 0.23yuan/m3,integrate charge is 0.45yuan/m3.By research we also think if realize Kunming sewage resourceization, we must full manage system and unify guidance ,also make feasible programming project and bring into effect step.
