| According to the “Notice on Strengthening the Geological Disaster Risk Assessmentâ€[2004] No.69File by Ministry of Land and Resources of the People’s Republic of China andthe “Disaster Risk Assessment and Technical Requirement of Construction Project ofHeilongjiang Provinceâ€[2005] No.162File by Department of Land and Resources ofHeilongjiang Province, this thesis studies and provides a scientific basis for the preventionand control of geological disasters, to carry out the strategy of disaster prevention andreduction of the State Council.In order to do this research, the author did a very detailed geological disasterinvestigation, as well as a comprehensive collection of existing research information. Thisthesis analyzes the basic characteristics of geological environmental condition and thecharacteristics of the construction project, determine assessment level, delimit the scope of thestudy, investigate geological hazard, forecast geological disaster possibilities, and evaluate thesuitability of construction site, and provide solutions on the prevention and control measures.Yichun Youhao district urban drainage and sewage disposal project is located in thesouth of Jiancheng district, under the jurisdiction of the administrative area of Youhao district.Geographically, it is between128°51′14.44″-128°51′06.44″East Longitude,47°48′44.37″-47°48′48.99″North Latitude. The preliminary project scale of the YichunYouhao district urban drainage and sewage disposal project is7500m3/d; it will increased to15000m3/d, covers an areas of1.26hm2by the year of2020. The research unit is inargillaceous valley plain; the terrain is relatively low; the ground elevation is232-233m; theslope is less than5°, with a relative height of1m. The research area is forest land. Understatus quo, there are no basic conditions to cause collapse, landslide, and debris flows. Thedevelopment of a geological disaster is affected by topography, rock mass structure,hydrological geological conditions, as well as human engineering activities. This thesiscomprehensively analyzes the case through the study of area landform, stratum lithology,geological structure and hydrological engineering geological conditions, as well as learningfrom previous research results. The present situation of geological disasters type in the studyarea is freezing and thawing of permafrost. The collection of relevant research results of the research are in geology and mineral resources exploration, hydrogeology, engineeringgeology and environmental geological exploration evaluation work, provides a detailed datafor the study. The collection includes regional geology of Heilongjiang Province andgeological environmental report of Heilongjiang Province. The author studied vegetation,topography, stratum lithology, hydrology, human activity, and geotectonic activities of theresearch are step by step, and focused on the construction site. This research found out thepresent situation of geological environment in the study area, the types, distribution,characteristics, development trend, and damage degree of geological disasters. According tothe construction project engineering geological investigation report and the project applicationreport, combined with collected data and investigation result, this thesis comprehensivelyanalyzes the forecast evaluation, comprehensive evaluation and suitability assessment, andprovides protective measure and suggestions.Based on the collected data and field investigation (exploration) results, the authorcomprehensively analyzed the case, and reached the following conclusions:1, Yichun Youhaodistrict urban drainage and sewage disposal project is located in the south of Jiancheng district,between128°51′14.44″-128°51′06.44″East Longitude,47°48′44.37″-47°48′48.99″North Latitude. The geological environment condition of the project area is simple;therefore the geological hazard risk assessment of the construction project is Level3;2, Theresearch unit is in argillaceous valley plain; the terrain is relatively low; the ground elevationis232-233m; the slope is less than5°.The geological structure and lithology is simple;3, Theevaluation of geologic disaster shows that the present situation of geological disasters type inthe study area is freezing and thawing of permafrost, which has little effect to the constructionproject. Geological disaster can be reduced or avoided through preventions in the study area.4, The predictive evaluation of geological hazard in the construction site shows that theconstruction will cause unstable slope, soil erosion, water pollution. After the completion ofthe project, there is a small possibility that it may suffer from freezing and thawing ofpermafrost, unstable slope, and water and soil erosion.5, The comprehensive assessment ofgeological disaster risk shows that the construction site has risk of geological disasters. Theconstruction land suitability level shows that the site is suitable for the construction. |
