Land Use Change To Investigate The Accuracy Of The Cks Orthophoto Control Study

The Land Use Update Survey is the basic investigation for land and resources management .Its purpose is to control of land's use ship and ownership completely, so as to develop the role of macro-economic control land resources completely, to use land resources rationally, to provide basis for the collective land ownership's and state-owned land use right's assuring, registering, delivering the certificate; to provide data for establishment of the land use overall planning, for management of land use ,for dividing the basic farmland protection area, and for approving construction sites; so as to provide accurate and reliable basis, such as maps and data, for establishment of the land survey and statistics system. And using remote sensing images to investigate the updated circumstance of land use, we must to produce the Orthography Images at the first. Its key is the ortho-correction of the original remote sensing data. Therefore, it is necessarily to study how to control the precision of ortho-correction correct of images.This paper firstly described the relationship between the land-use updated survey and the remote sensing, and pointed out what is this research focus. Then from the selection of the control-points, to ortho-correction of images, to inosculating of different resolving power, this paper described the whole produce process of Orthography Images. Finally, this paper discussed detail method of ortho-correction and data-produce process.This research selected the PCI software, and selected 2scapes SPOT5 remote sensing images. And the research method is gradually enhance precision, as to study the precision of the control-points. Finally, the conclusion is the best number of control-points which can control images precision scenically.
