In december-2016,The state council issued a notice on the third national land survey.Land survey is a national level land survey with a widely range work,comprehensive and detailed contents,using satellite remotely sensed image as the mainly working base map.Traditional satellite remote sensing technology is one of the most important method for basic surveying,land inventory and topographic surveying.It has many advantages.However,it being with the rapid development of social economy,this technology suffered from the disadvantages of long circulation,high cost and poor mobility even getting worse day by day,this technology is no longer suitable with the high demand of modern surveying and mapping anymore.After UAV has been used in mapping,UAV remote sensing technology continues to progressing and developing,UAV take its own advantages to make up for the traditional remote sensing technology in many aspects of shortage,therefore,the application of UAV remote sensing technology take a significant role of new round land survey.In order to verify that how to appllying of UAV remote sensing image in the third national land survey,this article has analyzed the UAV aerial remote sensing system,compared the difference in between UAV remote sensing system and traditional remote sensing system,pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of UAV remote sensing system.Select Ma wan town,dushan county,guizhou province as the experimental area,collect geographic profiles and other information,getting through the preparation of data analyzing,field reconnaissance,airspace applying,carrying out flight design according to the field situation,obtain UAV images data in the experimental area.using PhotoScan,ERDAS,PhotoShop remote sensing data processing software,to process UAV image data in the experimental area.Including image control point measurement,aerial triangulation,digital elevation model generation,etc,obtain the DOM of the experimental area.According to the technical requirements of the third land survey,collect basic data information for extracting,set up interpretation mark,using manual visual interpretation to extract the industry information of remote sensing image,meanwhile,using SPOT6 satellite images to extract the industry information to form a control group,and completing the field investigation and revision of the interpretation results.The accuracy comparison between the results of UAV image interpretation and satellite image data interpretation shows that The precision of UAV image interior information extraction is higher,easy to work,in the third national land survey it has an important application value.
