Technology Practice Of Incremental Database Construction On Land Survey

The functions of national land survey are to find out the real situation of China’s landresources and control the changes of the land-use. The update of land survey data isvery useful to grasp the dynamic data of the land use and maintain the results of thesurvey. The major task of incremental database is to improve the incremental updatemodels and data structures based on the summary of the nationwide experiences ofupdate of land survey database and the feedback of the database building. Combinedwith Land Survey Data Quality Inspection and Warehousing Project in2012, the thesisin-depth studies the construction work of the land survey incremental database.First of all, the thesis introduce the life cycle and the importance of the land surveydata and describe China’s last two land survey works in recent years and their majorachievements. Then the author expound the important role of building incrementaldatabase in the update of land survey database and the main sessions and characteristicsof the update of land survey database from the four perspectives of the update processof the county, city, provincial and national levels. The thesis introduce the basicprinciples of incremental updates, focusing on researching incremental database updatemodel and put incremental update model into practice by the analysis of the update ofexamples by figure spot model. In order to meet the requirements of the land surveyincremental updating database and develop the ability of the daily management of theland in the new situation, China put forward ideas to rebuild the incremental packetmodel based on the original incremental packet model. The writer rebuild databaseincremental package model. The package includes three elements files that is before, inand after the database updates. By detection results of land survey incremental databasemodel of Luyang District of Hefei City, the thesis verifies the possibility and feasibilityof the new data structure model.
