Study Of Quality Control Based On The Second Land Survey

This paper is based on the the Second National Land Survey Project from the Second Land Survey Office.The main content of the paper is the application of quality control in the land survey work according to the land survey of Yichuan city, Shannxi province.By analyzing the source of error,the article studies systematically on three main parts:the base map production,land investigation and the database.How to choose the remote sensing data is determined by the quantitative analysis;different remote sensing data is processed by different image enhancement method;detailed interpretation signs are established.Main results are as follows:1. The main contents and common methods of the quality control in spatial data are introduced.2. The methods of choosing remote sensing data are proposed by the visual-capacity of the mixed pixels,and the remote sensing data for different scales of the second national land survey maps are chosen.3. Designing the label program for the linear features based on the Microsoft Visual Basic for Application and examining the tags. Discussing the problems that should be payed attention to in the production of base map of the second national land survey.4. Analyzing how to control the accuracy of the land survey results.Describing the application scope of different mapping methods.Interpretation signs are established for the main land categories:farmland, garden, woodland, grassland.5. Examining the land survey database of Yichuan city using the second land survey data quality control software.
