Land use alter survey by remote sensing was able to obtain the land use status timelyand accurately, and provide the scientific basis for land management especially in thedeveloped region, such as Miluo City, where needs large amount of construction landand the land use changing is frequent.The traditional method of land use updating is performed through fieldinvestigation and survey based on land use statue data, which is inefficient,time-consuming and untimely. Another classical method is aviation photography,which is too expensive and complicated, can't totally meet the demand to be fast andperiodical at present.This article based on image processing,precision evaluation of SPOT-5 remotesensing image, use RS to withdraw the land utilization change information byman-power interactive classification interpretation method in order to obtain 1:10,000 land utilization renewal chart in Miluo city. Otherwise, used the GPS surveyposition error and the lamination random sampling analysis qualitative error methodto guaranteed the result use precision, and carried on the analysis in the GIS platformto obtain the land use alter tendency in 5 years. Then build the model of transfermatrix to establish the land utilization changing of Miluo city, which realizes the landuse change analysis, for the basis and the basic data provides of Land Department'smanagement,development and the urban planning construction.The result indicated that, take the land use survey of Miluo city in the 5 years as themain research object, and through the development including based on RS remotesensing picture processing, the GPS pointing accuracy analysis and the GISgeneralized analysis, to establish a set to be valid in view of diastrophism analysis andprecision analysis technical system, can fast validly carry on the monitor to the landresource change, which is took the big area land utilization update monitor and thedata update valid technical method.
