Planning and managing cities' pipelines network underground is increasingly regarded with the development of geographical information system. Spatial data model is the kernel of all geographical information systems. Spatial data model of the pipelines network is one kind of the Spatial data model, and it plays a very important part in pipelines network's data representation and space analysis. Visualization of three dimensions of urben information has become hot spot too. Pipelines network's vision of three dimensions not only offer user vision feelings, but also make user's realizition of the actuality and actuality of pipelines network more reasonable, so the disposal and maintenance and management of pipelines network will be more scientific. In this paper, aimed at pipelines network underground's spacial object, characteristics of pipelines network underground is studied, and concept model of system and model of data organisation and corresponding data store, based on colligating the studies on spacial data model in GIS.And also the technology of drawing pipelines network and real-time roaming about is discussed. Visual C++ is used as the development environment. OpenGL and MapX are used to draw scenes of pipelines network. Oracle is adopted as database management system. Main works in this paper include:(1) Studies on pipelines network underground' spacial data model and data structure;(2) Analysing and extracting the data of cities' pipelines network underground;(3) Methods of development with OpenGL in VC++;(4) Measures of pipelines network underground's realizition, such as division of map layer, foundation of coordinate system, real-time roaming about and so on;Finally, works that has been done in this paper is summarized, and prospect of the problems should be gone deep into in future is made, integrated with the experience and deficiency in this paper.
