China has been one of countries to suffer from mountainous calamity most seriously. In intention scale economic loss and casualty caused by flood viscous debris flow and coast, it has been in the highest flight in China. In rainy season, 80 percent of the disruption of railway road and sea-route is caused by mountainous calamity, mountainous calamity happened every year in yunnan province,China. In this paper a forecast model of mountainous calamity and a management information system of Yunnan province are found by GIS technology.The information management system of Yunnan road disaster is based to enhance the data management. In addition, an auto-forecast model of mountainous calamity is set up refer to experience of home and abroad. The information management system is set up by Visual Basic 6.0 and MapX. The system is a GIS system 'to forecast mountainous calamity and manage information of road disaster. Also, the system realized functions of display zoom in/out and cruise , and so on.
