Harbin Normal University is a key high-level university in Heilongjiang Province.It is also a base for training and scientific research of talents in education,art,humanities,Social Sciences and natural sciences in Heilongjiang Province.The school covers a large area,has a large number of personnel,has a huge asset value and needs more places to be monitored.This has brought great pressure to the security work of Harbin Normal University.Under the limited security forces of Harbin Normal University,how to rationally arrange the security forces and patrol routes,and how to quickly arrange the security forces when campus disasters occur? Evacuation of pedestrians has become a difficulty in the security work of Harbin Normal University.In view of the current difficulties in the planning of security work of Harbin Normal University,this paper adopts geographic information technology to construct the security geographic information system of Harbin Normal University.The security geographic information system of Harbin Normal University studied in this paper is divided into the following two parts according to the different data types processed: comprehensive information management and household registration file management.The basic functions of system basic attribute data management are realized by management and duty log management,and GIS functions of analysis and management of GIS geographic information data are also implemented by accident evacuation after campus emergencies and campus rescue path planning.In order to improve the overall flexibility and scalability of the system,the whole system adopts B/S three-tier structure,in which the client layer is unified as the browser user interaction layer;the application server side,including the web server for basic business processing and the ArcGIS Server server for sending map services to the client side;and the data layer includes MySQL for basic attribute data management.Relational database and ArcSDE + ArcCatalog spatial database for geographic information data management.From the aspect of specific function realization,the basic function is designed and implemented by request/response mode;and the accident evacuation model in GIS function is designed and implemented by dividing the geometric space of University buildings,and on this basis,using A* algorithm to simulate the fire occurrence process in university buildings from two dimensions of space and time,so as to formulate a targeted model.The evacuation plan for dynamic assessment of fire disaster in university buildings is to assist the fire disaster mitigation of University buildings;the path planning function of campus path rescue provides K shortest paths through "k-shortest path" on the basis of traditional shortest path algorithm,so that the security staff can flexibly choose the appropriate path according to the actual situation,in order to be the smoothest.Arrive at the scene of an accident.Based on the security information system of geographic information technology,this paper not only realizes the informatization of security work of Harbin Normal University,improves the efficiency and quality of security work,but also optimizes the accident evacuation model and campus rescue path planning in the process of campus security management based on geographic information technology,so as to further promote the school of Harbin Normal University.Park assets safety management.
