Research On The Technology Of Mining Environment Dynamic Monitor Based On 3s

Purpose of this article is investigation and discussion the technology of mining environmental monitoring and data renewal from theory and practice point of view, using means of database and module exploitation technology combining with 3S ,to realize integrative collection, store, manage, analyse, transfer of mining industry exploitation and correlative mining geology environment information within whole province range.Research is developed according to the mining environmental data management steps: distilling, updating, analysis and administering. Remote sense inspect is developed with remote sense and GPS technology, and the updating model of GIS data is designed by analyzing the space-time changes of monitoring data. Mining Environmental Monitoring Information Management System is designed and realized by adopting ArcObject and the Oracle data base technology.Based on the characteristics of the data from the American Landsat TM5 and Gallo SPOT4, pretreatment and image fusion are take to RS data, in order to boost up the quality of images. And some methods, such as spectrum feature changing method and primary component analysis method, are used on bi-temporal RS data, to highlight the changing information and make distilling changing information with the help of computers come true.The changing information, distilled by RS monitoring, has provided scalable mode of data source for data updating, and designed updating model for object superposition. It also has defined four geographical events: enlarging, shrinking, bringing and disappearing, which arose the data changing. And then, the powerful spatial analysis ability of GIS is effectively utilized to updating the spatial data and attribute data.The Mining Environmental Monitoring Information Management System of Henan Province has advanced the information level of the management of national land and resources in Henan, through providing valid approach for data management and updating. And it can be used as an effective tool of mining environmental monitoring.
