Nature Reserves In China Tourism Resource Management Legislation

As tourism developed rapidly in the past few years, the economic value of the tourist resources of protected areas in China showed up, expioring the tourist resources of protected areas became focus of the society. This chapter let us know the nature of the tourist resources of protected areas in China well, to give the management of the tourist resources of protected areas in China a definition, and introduce on the situation of the management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China detailed.Chapter 2 introduce on legislation situation of the management system which is from the tourist resources of protected areas in the United States of America, Canada and Japan, conclude the feature of the legislation situation of the management system which is from the tourist resources of protected areas in this three countries, summarize the enlightenment of the legislation of management which is from the tourist resources of protected areas of the foreign developed country.Chapter 3 introduce on the problems of the legislation of the management of the tourist resources of protected areas in China.
