The Enlightenment of Modern Europe was a great movement of ideological emancipation, the promotion between the development of natural sciences and the enlightenment ideas became an especial feature of the Enlightenment. Under this condition, the enlightenment thinkers made a deep thinking on the nature and development conditions of science and other areas. They tried to elaborate a kind of scientific view different from religion and the enology in the Middle Century from different angles and in different ways. This scientific view could be called as the scientific outlook on development of "Science Innovation" Its emphasis on scientific independence, universality and revolutionary and extension of scientific knowledge make clear that innovation is the nature of scientific knowledge. The enlightenment thinkers made hotly debate on this issue in order to provide a deep philosophical foundation for "Science Innovation" concept, which formed "the transformation of epistemology" in western modern philosophy. The essence meaning of "Science Innovation" concept in epistemology embodies in such a theme:how to get real natural scientific knowledge. In other words, in epistemological sense, the so-called "Science Innovation" is to achieve universal and effective new natural scientific knowledge. Enlightenment thinkers had clearly different views on the access to get scientific knowledge:Empiricists thought that "experience and induction" could generate universal and effective scientific knowledge, while rationalists advocated that "self-evident principles and deduction" was the only access to universal and effective scientific knowledge. Both of them insisted on their own views. Finally, Kant summed up their advantages and disadvantages and attempted to carry out a comprehensive. He regarded human's rational ability as the first task, which pushed the research on modern epistemology to a new stage. In addition, the concept of "Science Innovation" has full expression in Enlightenment thinkers'science theories at this time. Enlightenment thinkers not only paid attention to scientific theory but also realized the importance of social environment and condition to improve science innovation. They put forward a series of brilliant ideas for the construction of science innovation, which provide a lot of useful lessons for today's science development. This paper will be based on the features of enlightenment ideas development in order to explain clearly their essence contents on "Science Innovation",the basis of philosophy, theory performance and system requirements through analysis, summary and description on philosophers'. thoughts. At the same time, this paper will attempt to evaluate the significance and limitation of science innovation.
