Study On The Quality Basic Capability System Construction Of Space Enterprises Aimed To The Zero Defect

Space technology is one of the important signs of national scientific and technological strength, national defense strength and integrated national strength. Quality management is an important guarantee for space technological development and application. The quality foundation provides a solid base and important guarantee for the quality management. With the improvements of the requirements for Chinese space industry quality management in the new times, how to conduct the quality basic capability construction guided by the zero-defect theory to fully exert the system precautionary effect and integrated advantages has important meaning. This paper researches the quality basic capability system construction aimed to the zero defect for Chinese space enterprises.This paper firstly introduces quality management evolution, zero-defect theory and space quality management of three countries, advances study contents of the quality basic capability system construction of space enterprises aimed to the zero defect. Then this paper designs the quality basic capability system model of space enterprises aimed to the zero defect, expounds its connotation, relation, proposes the construction goals, and advances the main construction measures from following 7 aspects. They are the quality management system; the criterion system; a product guarantee and technology support group; the product guarantee and support platform; the mode of training, supervision and invigoration; the informational construction of quality; the research of quality technology and management.Through the practically application of a space enterprise in the quality basic capability system construction of space enterprises aimed to the zero defect, the theories and systems advanced by this paper are validated.Study on the quality basic capability system construction of space enterprises aimed to the zero defect provides the systematic and feasible though and operation guideline for the Chinese space enterprises'quality management.
