Research On Projects Promotion For The “Zreo-Defect” Quality Management Of HT Aerospace Company

The twenty-first Century concentrates on quality, maj or companies in the world have strengthened the quality control as the market consolidation and development strategy, and continuously improve product quality to achieve zero defect products to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Zero defect quality management, as a quality management philosophy、objectives and quality improvement tools, is widely accepted and recognized by more and more companies in the world. Zero defect management is not only a successful quality management practice but also an effective way to implement quality prevention work. With the continuous development of China’s aerospace industry, China’s aerospace has come into a high density launching period in which has arduous tasks and great challenges. The full-load production has put forward higher requirements for the stuff and management. China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology practices zero defect philosophy, and promotes hospital-wide aerospace zero defect quality management systematically, and implements zero defect project management. This paper focuses on the links and content of process to promote aerospace company HT defect management, which indicates the construction of quality culture and technology improvement.Based on the extant theory of zero defect quality management and combin es with the quality management methods and concepts which the aerospace system formed over the years, by finding the problems existing in the quality management of HT company, we put forward from the zero defect quality and zero defect quality and technical improvement to promote the idea of zero-defect quality management and implementation measures. During the study, we primarily adopt process analysis to analyze the relationship between the zero defect quality management concept and aerospace product qual ity management and point out the importance of quality management of aerospace products. Secondly, in order to improve method for process control, we select pilot products to describe the project from the advanced quality planning and the improvement of process control, applying process analysis, and raise the key points of the process design and development.Through the promoted study of zero defect quality management of HT aerospace company, the experience of quality management are summarized and refined, which can be used to explore the existing problems of the quality management and point the direction of improvement. Through this study, we can improve the zero defect quality prevention system, and improve product quality level through prevention capabilities, and further establish a good image of aerospace companies. This study has practical significance to the quality culture construction and the quality improvement of aerospace products in current aerospace industry under high loading production status.
