More surface defect and high spectral scrap rate of Low-defect optical anti-reflectioncoating(AR) on company A results in low output and high product cost. The low-defectoptical AR coating is generally applied to the projector and a semiconductor package. Thedefects of AR coating will be amplified via projectors and affect the picture clarity anduniformity seriously. It is difficult for the Company A to meet the top demand of marketfor such high-end products on account of that mentioned above. The quality of AR coatingwith high-performance and low-defect displays instability and poor repeatability.Meanwhile currently there is little research regarding the quality management of ARcoating for low-defect in the world. The Company A should find suitable methods ofquality management to enhance the product quality of Company A. Therefore, it isabsolutely necessary for the Company A to strengthen the quality study of the Low-defectoptical AR coating.Through the analysis of product process regarding Low-defect optical AR coating ofCompany A, the dissertation will particularly introduce improving measures againstappearing "MGF2splatter ","spectrum instability","PDS arcing particle","Particle ofSIO2&dust" and by using tools of FISHBONE diagram, PLATO andBRAINSTORMING from quality control SEVEN Tools and Design Of Experiment. Viausing Statistical Process Control and out of control action plan, the dissertation willdisplay whether the process of anti-reflection coating is stable and how the ability oftechnical producing is, and indicate improvement and assessment in a great number ofproduct process in order to avoid continued occurrence of defective products. By qualitycontrol circles meeting which everyone relates to involves in, the production processshould be implemented the Deming Cycle strictly. After two years of efforts, qualitycontrol level of production process capability and continuous production capability aboutLow-defect optical anti-reflection coating is improved steadily.Application research about quality management in Low-defect optical anti-reflectioncoating of Company A has made a certain extent achievements. Company A not only hasmet the quality goals, and established the complete quality operation mechanism, andconnected the separate quality tools together systematically, fundamentally improved theproductivity and competitiveness of the company A. The dissertation indicates practical significance and theoretical research value for the same industry (including Company A)as well as similar enterprises.
