Study On The Measurement Indicator System And Evaluation Method Of Circular Economy In The City Of Xi'an

As a new model of economic development and advanced environmental protectionncept,circular economy is the strategic choice for realizing healthy,harmonious,stainable development for regional economic. As the long-term over-exploitation, Xi'an and its surrounding natural resources and ecological environment have suffered varying degrees of damage. Radically curb the trend of environmental degradation, the only solution is to completely change the traditional "treatment after pollution" the end of the governance, the introduction of concept of circular economy, establish recycling economic model, from the source to eliminate pollutants.This paper aims to design measurement index system of circular economy in Xi'an to build a comprehensive evaluation model of circular economy, to Xi'an from 2000 to 2008 cycle of economic development level of empirical analysis and monitoring of their operational state, as well as in-depth analysis of Xi'an facing the development of circular economy at the present stage the barriers and problems and recommend the development of circular economy in Xi'an countermeasures. For the timely and accurate grasp of Xi'an cycle economic performance and problems of accelerating the pace of development of circular economy in Xi'an and implementation process to ensure that the system of circular economy of Xi'an is always running on positive track, research measurement index system of circular economy in Xi'an and evaluation methods have a great practical significance.This study hopes to optimize Xi'an ecological environment and accelerate economic development decision-making basis in Xi'an,so Xi'an can achieve a virtuous cycle of economic systems always on the orbit.
