The Analysis Of Consumption Demand Of The Urban Low-income Group In Shanxi

Alonging with the shunt of economic system and the transformation of social structure, the income gap of urban residents enlarged quickly in the recent years. The research object focused on the low-income group whose earning is the lowest rank in the urban resident is helpful to known the subsistence conditions of the people living in the bottom of the society in town. The research on the consumption demand of low-income group is far-reaching significant to boost domestic demands, understanding social justice issues and constructing Socialist harmonious society.According to the seven grades which was divided based on per capita disposable income of urban households from the survey on urban households in shanxi province, 10% of the lowest income group was taken as our research object in this paper. On the base of analysis and master of the existing research results, the consumption level, consumption structure, and the influencing factors of urban low-income group in shanxi were analyzed via a lot of statistic data through the associative methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. And then, according to the analysis results, the policy suggestion of improving the living actuality of urban low-income group in shanxi was put forward. The contrast of low-income group with the other income grades, and the region character of urban low-income group in shanxi were considered as emphases in the process of analysis.In the aspect of demonstration, the radical demand payout of diversified consumer goods of urban residents in shanxi, and the consumption structure of low-income group were analyzed by using the linear payout system model. The marginal propensity to consume of diversified consumer goods of urban low-income group in shanxi was analyzed by using the models of panel data. And consequently, the influence of income of low-income group on the consumption payout was explored.
